Meet Tammy Hodges Retailer Of The Month

tammy hodges

Hi, I’m Tammy Hodges, I’m a graphic design major from Ball State University and have loved art since I was a child.

I’ve been selling antiques and repurposing furniture since 2006.

My husband has been a home builder for 25 years, so together, we love to rebuild furniture and make junk art.

A friend of mine knew I was looking for a paint product to sell in my booths and she referred me off to an ad by Heirloom
Traditions paint  on Craigslist.

I attended the first class event last fall and I currently sell both product lines (HTP original and DIY).

I love that this paint product has more current color choices than some of the other furniture paints.

One of my favorite products from Heirloom Traditions paint is the white wax.

I love, love, love the look of white over light colors especially 🙂

I’ve been busy getting ready to open my own shop.
We bought a cute building in Russiaville Indiana.
Our shop is located in the heart of this small town.

It’s very easy to find, I  invite anyone in central Indiana to stop in and say hello !
We’ve been remodeling the entire interior and trimming out the interior with primitive wood, metal and architectural finds.

We hope it will inspire creativity in customers to use unique finds in their home.
My paint display is set up on a large wood spool that I’ve painted in different HTP paint colors.
